Precisamos de:
1 kg de abóbora
500 grs farinha
3 ovos
20 grs fermento de padeiro
2 laranjas, sumo e raspa
sal qb
Açúcar louro e canela a gosto para polvilhar as filhoses

Como fazer:
Coze-se a abóbora e deixa-se arrefecer com a água.
Desfaz-se o fermento de padeiro e o sal num pouco da água da cozedura da abóbora, depois de morna.
Desfaz-se a abóbora cozida com as mãos.
Coloca-se a farinha numa tigela e raspam-se as laranjas.
Faz-se uma cova no meio e adiciona-se o sumo de laranja, os ovos, a mistura de fermento e sal, a abóbora e a água da cozedura.
Tapa-se o recipiente com um pano, embrulha-se num cobertor e deixa-se levedar em zona amena pelo menos por 2 horas.
Após levedar, aquece-se o óleo, vão-se deitando colheres de massa até esgotar, fritam-se, escorrem-se bem em papel absorvente e passam-se por uma mistura de açúcar louro e canela.

How to do:
Boil the pumpkin and let both pumpkin and water cool.
Melt the baker's yeast and the salt in a cup of the pumpkin water.
Tear the pumpkin with your hands.
Put the flour in a bowl and add the orange zest.
Make a hole in the middle and add the orange juice, eggs, mix of yeast and salt, the pumpkin and the water.
Cover the bowl with a tea towel, wrap it in a blanket and leave it to leaven in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
When the dough is ready, warm the oil, put tablespoons of the dough to fry, take the excess oil and sprinkle with the mix of yellow sugar and cinnamon.
